Recently, the fully automatic cattle feed pellet production unit with an output of 10 tons per hour customized by foreign customers has finally been delivered. This shipment is expected to ship 8 40-foot-high containers, which will be shipped in three batches.
According to customer requirements, the engineer has configured the set of units: Double rotor baler breaker，grass powder machine，shacron，rotary distributor，pulse dust collector，granular drum sieve，tubular magnet，hammer mill，double-shaft high efficient mixer, SZLH420 ring die pellet mill，counter-flow cooler，automatic packaging machine , conveying equipment，storage equipment and other equipment accessories.
In the raw material pulverization stage, three pulverizers are configured, including a bale breaker, a straw powder pulverizer and a water drop pulverizer. Each pulverizer is equipped with a silo to be pulverized, which can pulverize different raw materials at the same time and improve production efficiency. Before the raw materials enter the warehouse, the impurities are removed by the magnetic separation device and dedusted, and then pulverized to ensure the safe operation of the pulverizer.
After the material is crushed, it enters the mixing section. This section adopts 12 batching bins, and is equipped with two batching scales for simultaneous batching, so as to achieve accurate fast and slow feeding, fast batching and high precision.
The unit is equipped with 4 silos dedicated to storing finished pellets. The pellets are finally automatically weighed and packaged by a packaging scale, and at the same time, it is equipped with an automatic continuous heat sealing machine to seal and store the packaged materials.The granulation section adopts two double-layer quenching and tempering granulators, and is also equipped with three granulation bins. After granulation, it enters the cooler, and then enters the rotary grading sieve through the elevator for screening. The finished product enters the packing bin, and the powder is screened and returned to granulation.
