The raw materials are injected into the silo in bulk or packaged form, and the feeding port is a centralized pollution source, and dust collection measures need to be taken. The roller mill crushes the materials and generates mechanical heat and free moisture at the same time. Ventilation and dust collection measures are required. The exhaust gas of pneumatic conveying and air separation equipment must be separated by dust collectors.

During feed processing, the dust particle size is coarse, the density is small (the bulk density is 0.2~0.3g/cm3), the adhesion is strong, the porosity is large, and the fluidity is poor. During feed processing, the dust itself is non-toxic, but long-term exposure can easily cause human respiratory diseases. In addition, dust will accelerate the wear of feed mechanical parts and cause electrical equipment to malfunction. When the dust concentration reaches a certain level, it will also cause an explosion.
Dust removal system design and equipment selection:
1) It is advisable to adopt a short process design, use fewer elbows, reduce dust removal pipelines, and prefer a single bag dust collector (pulse bag filter);
2) In the pneumatic powder conveying and winnowing system, the dust concentration is high, and the cyclone + bag two-stage dust removal process should be adopted;
3) Use pulse-injection bag-type dust collectors and bag-type dust collectors specially designed for feed dust collection, and adopt anti-static filter materials;
4) The dust hopper of the dust collector adopts a conical or rounded square hammer shape, and is equipped with a vibrator to prevent the shed material. When used for the dust collection of the feed mill, the wall surface should be insulated;
5) For large-scale elevators, belt conveyors, scrapers and other conveying equipment, the dust concentration in the machine is relatively high (up to 5~15 g/m3 under standard conditions), and it is advisable to set more dust collection points on the head, tail or middle. , In order to prevent the feed machinery from exploding.
