The cooler is suitable for cooling various feeds, such as straw pellets, pasture pellets, feed pellets and extruded feed. It is specially designed and produced for large and medium-sized farms and feed processing plants.
The machine is equipped with an adjustable cone-shaped bulk material mechanism, and the distribution is uniform; the cooling volume is enlarged, the material cooling time is prolonged, and the cooling effect is improved.
Using the octagonal homogenizer technology, there is no dead corner in cooling, the temperature of the cooled pellets is not higher than the room temperature 3 degrees Celsius to 5 degrees Celsius, and the unique effect of automatic pellet ejection when shutting down can also avoid cross-contamination between feeds.
The cooling chamber includes: closed air feeder, bulk feeder, silo roof and silo body
The body includes: frame, slide valve type discharge mechanism, discharge hopper, etc.
