       1. Choose according to production capacity. The instructions and nameplate of the general crusher contain the rated production capacity of the crusher (kg/h). But should pay attention to several points: (1) The rated production capacity mentioned refers to the output in a specific state. For example, the grain feed crusher means that the crushed raw material is corn, its water content is safe water for storage (about 13%), and the diameter of the sieve aperture is 1.2 mm. Because corn is a commonly used grain feed, a sieve with a diameter of 1.2 mm is the smallest sieve commonly used. At this time, the production capacity is small, which considers the more common and difficult state in production. ⑵The production capacity of the selected crusher should be slightly larger than the actual production capacity, otherwise it will increase the abrasion of the hammer and the air leakage of the air duct, which will lead to a decline in production capacity and affect the continuous production and supply of feed.
　    2. Choose according to crushing raw materials. For crushed grain feed, hammer-type crusher with top feed can be selected; for crushed bran wheat feed, claw crusher can be selected; if good versatility is required, crushed grain is the main , And taking into account the cake valley and straw, you can choose a tangential feed hammer mill; to crush shellfish and other mineral feeds, you can choose a shellless sieve mill; if used as a pre-treatment of pre-mixed feed, the size of the product crushing is required If it is very fine and can be adjusted according to the needs, special non-sieve grinder should be selected.
　    3. Choose according to the layout method. There are three ways to output the crushed products through the discharge device: self-weight drop, negative pressure suction and mechanical delivery. Small stand-alone machines mostly adopt the self-weight cutting method to simplify the structure. Most of the medium-sized crushers are equipped with a negative pressure suction device. The advantage is that they can absorb the moisture of the finished product, reduce the humidity in the finished product and facilitate storage, improve the crushing efficiency by 10-15%, and reduce the dustiness of the crushing chamber.
       4. Choose according to supporting power. The machine manual and the nameplate contain the power kilowatts of the electic motor of the crusher. It often indicates that it is not a fixed number but a certain range. For example, 9FQ-20 type crusher, sopporting power is 7.5-11 kilowatts; 9FQ-60 type crusher, supporting power is 30-40 kilowatts. There are two reasons for this. First, the power required for different types of crushed raw material varies greatly. For example, under the same working conditions, the power of crushing sorghum is twice as that of crushing corn. Secondly, when different screen holes are used, the load of the crusher has a great influence. Therefore, when the 9FQ-60 pulverizer uses a screen with a diameter of 1.2 mm, the motor capacity should be 40 KW; when switching to a screen with a diameter of 2 mm, a 30 KW motor can be used, and a screen with a diameter of 3 mm. Itis a 22 KW motor, otherwise it will cause a certain degree of waste.
      5. Choose according to the energy saving situation. According to the standard regulations of the relevant departments, when the hummer blade crusher crushes corn sieves with a diameter of 1.2 mm, the output per kWh should not be less than 48 kg. At present, the output per kilowatt-hour of the domestic hammer blade crusher has greatly exceeded the above regulations, and the high-quality has reached 70-75 kg per kilowatt-hour.
　6. Choose according to dust and noise. The dust and noise in feed processing mainly come from the crusher. These two environmental sanitation indicators should be fully considered when selecting a model. If you have to choose a crusher with high noise and dust, you should take noise reduction and dust prevention measures to improve the working environment and benefit the health of the operator.
